General Terms and Conditions


Unless otherwise agreed, the following general terms and conditions apply to direct bookings on juttadeluxe-apartments.com:

Contracting

A booking/reservation is made as soon as a written booking confirmation has been sent to the guest. In exceptional cases, a booking can also be confirmed by telephone.

Bookings/reservations are binding for both partners. Rebookings are only possible after consultation with Jutta Deluxe GmbH.

Jutta Deluxe GmbH is entitled to demand a reasonable advance payment or security deposit from the guest upon conclusion of the contract. Type and amount of the advance payment as well as the payment target are agreed in the respective booking confirmation. If the payment deadline is not met, the booking will be deleted.

Renegotiation of agreed prices is excluded. If the agreed apartment/holiday home is not available at short notice for whatever reason, Jutta Deluxe GmbH will try to offer alternatives. Any liability of Jutta Deluxe GmbH in this regard is excluded.

Cancellation of the trip requires informal written notice.

Jutta Deluxe GmbH reserves the right to demand a deposit for the respective apartment/holiday home

Cancellation 

You can resign from the booked apartment/holiday home at any time against payment of the following compensation rates:

  • Cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival – free of charge 0%
  • Cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 week before arrival 50%
  • Cancellation between 7 days and 1 days before arrival 100%
  • Cancellation on the day of arrival or NO SHOW 100%

Arrival and departure

  • Check-In: from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Check-out Bad Reichenhall: not later than 10:00 a.m
  • Check-out El Gouna, Waldviertel, Salzburg: not later than 11:00 a.m

Jutta Deluxe GmbH is obliged to make the apartment/holiday home available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. There is no entitlement to an earlier handover. Unless otherwise agreed, Jutta Deluxe GmbH will keep the reserved apartment/holiday home free until 6 p.m. After that, Jutta Deluxe GmbH is free to give the apartment/holiday home to someone else.

The booked apartment/holiday home is available to the guest on the day of departure until 11:00 a.m. If the guest leaves the apartment/holiday home after 11:00 a.m., Jutta Deluxe GmbH can charge a late check-out fee of 75% of the respective daily price.

Payment

The agreed prices include VAT.

All prices are in Euros.

Accrued claims can be made due at any time and immediate payment can be demanded.

Place of payment is the seat of Jutta Deluxe GmbH.

Liability

Liability of Jutta Deluxe GmbH for operational failures or faults and maintenance of the internet, heating, water and power supply is excluded. Likewise, liability for the constant operational readiness of the electrical devices (such as stove, oven, dishwasher, etc.), TV, satellite TV, WiFi and other electrical equipment of the apartment/holiday home as well as any malfunctions and maintenance of the pool facilities is excluded.

Jutta Deluxe GmbH is not liable for personal injury and/or damage to property of any kind during the guest’s stay in the respective apartment/holiday home. We accept no liability for the apartments/holiday home being affected by force majeure, power and water failures and storms.

Jutta Deluxe GmbH is not liable for the guest’s personal belongings, e.g. B. in the event of burglary, theft or fire. The guest waives any claims for damages.

During the period of stay, the guest assumes liability for all apartment/holiday home items and outdoor facilities and is fully liable for any damage caused.

The guest and fellow travellers undertake to comply with the respective apartment/holiday home rules & regulations and to leave the apartment/holiday home and all items in the apartment/holiday home in an undamaged condition.

If an apartment/holiday house key is lost or the guest locks himself out of the apartment or if a key is taken by the guest or not deposited at the agreed place upon departure, the guest is liable for all costs incurred by a locksmith or for a lock replacement is necessary.

The guest’s arrival and departure are his own responsibility and liability.

Other regulations

All apartments/holiday homes are non-smoking. Smoking inside the apartments/holiday home represents a breach of contract, which will be punished with a flat-rate contractual penalty of EUR 500.-. If the room cannot be rented on the same day due to the strong smell of smoke, an additional night will be charged according to the tariff.

It is essential to comply with the night-time rest periods (10:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m.). In the event of an infringement, a fee of EUR 500.- will be charged. The guest is liable for any consequential costs.

Parties are generally not allowed.

Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.


We ask you to treat the booked apartment/holiday home like your own apartment/house and therefore ask you to treat the furniture carefully and respectfully.
